I will never purchase another funko product after the service I received from Dylan at funko support team! It's not good enough to just have a product, you need to take care of your customers too...

2 items in my order where missing and they asked for a picture of the items? Lol told them how would that be possible if I dont have them on me, never got a response back
Order an item in November From popinthebox, it's may now. I sent multiple emails and went through thier contact support.... NOTHING. Did not get ONE email back, no efforts whatsoever to refund me or get me my item. DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Really great place to get Pop stuff. I had nothing but a good experience with them. The shipping was ultra fast, for one thing. Also, they are very vocal about when you order ships and when you will be getting things from them. I wish other shops were that good with customer service. Also, they packaged my order very well.
So don’t even try to order a item on their site that dropped because having the pop in your cart does not mean anything.
Literally was putting in my payment information and it tells me item is no longer in stock???!!! So what happened to the item I had in my cart and was paying for??? Disappeared???
Bought keychain for my Son's Birthday, paid $7.00 shipping and cheap a$$ funko uses some cr@ppy mail service that probably costs them less than a stamp as I could have walked to Funko 1000 miles away and picked my item up by now. Oh yeah they'll assist once it's been 30 days. Rediculous! Never again!
Good website all the products came in good quality! However once they gave me the wrong product but as soon as I contacted them about this issue they didn't hesitate to ship me a new and correct one and let me keep in incorrect one!

Bought two of these as my sons' are huge fans. Both are disappointed with the figures. The dog is repeated several times. Jack is repeated too including both of them glittery, nothing to do with the film. Surely they could have done the duck or more of the presents and children. Worse advent calendar by funko.
Brought a advent calendar and almost half were duplicates. Tried contacting customers service on there website and Instagram and just get ignored. Customer service is atrocious
They sent me the wrong funko pop and will not let me contact them. Will never order again.
I bought eight of the Fantastic Four mystery boxes on black Friday. I was very happy with seven of them. I got two of the invisible girls,but one of them rattled as I pulled the pop out of the large box. when I looked at it I noticed the pop was packaged facing the rear of the box. then I noticed she had no arms. that was the rattling noise. I was wondering what I could do to replace it since they were all sold out.
